Shahid Afridi to play EPL cricket to be held in Nepal

Pakistani all-rounder Shahid Afridi will be playing in Everest Premier League to be held in September in Nepal.

Afridi will play for EPL franchise Kathmandu Kings XI. Kathmandu, which is owned by Teleho Landings Pvt., Brought Afridi as an iconic player on Monday.

44 years old Pakistani cricketer Afridi has played 27 Tests, 398 ODIs and 99 T20Is for Pakistan.

Former Pakistan captain Raheba Afridi has scored more than 11,000 runs in three formats. He last played for Pakistan Sultan League from Multan Sultan.

Six franchise teams including Kathmandu will compete in the EPL to be held from September 25 to October 9.
