Nepal’s Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is going to visit India. He is preparing to leave for India on April 1st.
“The prime minister is going to India for a two- or three-day visit. Preparations are underway,” the source told The GurkhaTimes.
Earlier, Deuba’s visit to India was canceled. Although Deuba was scheduled to travel to India to attend the Vibrant Gujarat Summit, the visit was canceled due to Covid-19.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not yet given any information about Prime Minister Deuba’s visit to India.
Newly appointed Ambassador Shankar Sharma will arrive in Delhi before Prime Minister Deuba’s visit. Sharma, who was recently appointed ambassador, will be sworn in by the president on Friday.
