The inauguration of the Tumkur District Branch of the Bharatiya Jain Sanghatan took place today at the Sangh’s office in Gandhinagar, Tumkur. The function was inaugurated today by the President of the Jain Sangathan Tumkur District Branch, Vinod Parmar and the General Secretary Prathik Jain.
Speaking on the occasion, District President Vinod Parmar said the Bharatiya Jain Sanghtan is a very old organization and is working with the State Governments to make the Karnataka State free of corona. As part of this, the Bharatiya Jain Sanghatan has come forward to create awareness among the people of Karnataka’s estimated 30 districts to make 30,000 villages Corona free.
To create awareness among people in 10 taluks of Tumkur district in collaboration with branches of the Jain Sanghatan in collaboration with the Department of Health and Family Welfare. President Vinod Parmar said the organisation will work with the government to continue the vaccine campaign and will work in coordination with the district administration in creating awareness among the people at vaccine centers. The Vice-President of the Bharatiya Jain Sanghatan for Karnataka State, Vinod Porwal, State Observer, Om Prakashjee Lunawat Bengaluru Divisional Guide , Uttamji Bantia, Tumkur Jain Society leaders P P Mall, Umeshji, Surendraji, Rajkumar Palreshra, Sandeep Jain and Abhay Jain were also present.
