According to news agency ANI, Mumbai’s Andheri Magistrate Court has summoned Salman Khan to appear on April 5 in a case filed in 2019 by journalist Ashok Pandey for allegedly misbehaving with him. The court has summoned Salman Khan for the offense under sections 504 and 506 of the IPC.

According to media reports, on the morning of 24 April 2019, Salman Khan was roaming in the streets of Mumbai by bicycle, when the journalist Ashok Pandey took out his mobile after seeing him and started making videos. According to Pandey, for this he had also taken permission from Salman’s bodyguard, but as soon as Salman saw him making the video, he turned red with anger.

Salman expressed his displeasure over this and as soon as the actor got angry, his bodyguard also got in a rage. According to Ashok, after this he was assaulted. Even his mobiles were snatched and he was asked to leave, but Ashok did not go from there and he opposed it. When the talk started increasing, then Salman asked to return his mobile to his bodyguard.
