Nepali comedian Palpasa Dangol has been undergoing treatment at the Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu for the past one month after both her kidneys failed. Palpasa had been undergoing kidney treatment for the past five years. However, she did not disclose it to anyone. However, a month ago, after much difficulty, she was admitted to Teaching for treatment.
She is understood to have panicked as she did not bleed while undergoing kidney dialysis. After that, the news that she was unwell became public.
Actress and director Deepashree Niraula informed that she needs immediate kidney transplant. Actress and Director Deepa told The Gurkha Times- ‘A few days ago, while doing dialysis, she was terrified of not getting blood. After that I went to meet her. ‘
As per the information, her kidney transplant will cost more than Rs 5 million. The artists have even started raising financial resources for her treatment. After starring in the comedy serial ‘Meri Bassai’, Palpasa has been known to the audience as ‘Chamsuri’. She also produced a serial called ‘Drishti’.
